Sir/madam,

We had sold our land some twenty year back to a builder to develop a building,(building is made under GRAM PANCHAYAT) but still our name is displayed in 7/12 do we have rights on the unoccupied piece of land

May be. Check documents executed in favour of the builder to know what has been given or retained.
