Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sir/Mam,
We are joint family. We have property dispute which are as follows:
We are 4 brothers and 3 sisters. My Father is no more and He owned 150 yard of property in my Mother Name. She also died this January. We have 1 floor Building (Ground and 1st). In a Ground Floor, me and my brother younger than me staying, My brother was with my Mother so he was having 100 yard and i am having 50 yard. Now when mother is no more he has occupied my mother room and now not willing to do any settlement. What should I do? Please help me... Thanks in Advance
