sir

my father bought a property (house) in my mother name , my mother died without a will , as legal heirs me my brother and sister signed (registered) Relinquishment deed in our fathers name.

my question

1 is that property ancestral ?

2 is my father absolute owner ?

3 can me or my bro or sis lay claim on that property again ?

4 we signed R deed can my father gift the property to any one of us ?
