Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sir,
My mother owned a flat (self acquired property) she want to write the flat
on her grand daughter's name (Daughter's daughter). Grand daughter husband
is qruel and he booked in 498A and DVC is in running. If she write the property
on her name. If any thing happen to her grand daughter the property right goes
to her husband.
In this situation how to write will?
Can she write the property to her grand daughter and clause mentioning if any
death of grand daughter the poperty right should goes to her brother and son only.
Is there any chance to write
