Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

sir,my question :After partition my great grandfather had received a piece of land in haryana in compensation to the land he had in pakistan.........i found the documents and saw that at that time as it was a duall allotment the chief settlement commissioner had passed and order then to show my great grandfather another piece of land..........due to ill health my great granfather had expired so i moved to the high court where i have got the order stating that the rehabiliatation department should pass a judgement regarding this matter.........how exactly do you think i shall approach them and can you also tell me where i can check whether the land has been alloted to my great grandfather or not in the past records via which website...thank you
