Sir,
My question is : Whether a will can be challenged during the lifetime of the testator?
2.Whether a person can transfer his property to a son without giving equal share to
daughter?

Will becomes operative after the demise of the testator so obviously it cannot be challenged. Yes the person can transfer his property to his son without giving any share to his daughter.
