Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
sir,my uncle died two months ago.my two other uncles forcefully managed to get a "will" written in their own name by my deceased uncle.can my father not get a share in my deceased uncle's property?my father's another son i.e. my younger brother took the funeral fire for my deceased uncle who was unmarried.can the "will" be challenged in court?

u have to file a case and prove that the will is not valid then u can claim share

Challenge the will before the court as you would be having many reasons for the same.

as the will was signed by the deceased so it cannot be said to be forged. but the will was signed per force, the evidence can be led to this effect.
