Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sir,
My wife is having two brothers. Her father transferred the landed property to his 2nd son. Knowing this my wife objected to it and filed case in civil court as well as SDM's court. The civil court granted stay in the case. Now recently my father-in-law expired. It has been learnt that he has made a WILL in favour of his 2nd son ignoring Ist elder brother and my wife.It is also added while the proceedings in the SDM court, my father-in-law given statement that he was interested to distribute the property amongst his three children. My question is: What course of action should we taken now? Please guide.

May be another suit to challenge Will.

If the property is self-acquired and WILL is voluntary, you may have no claim.
