Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sir,
My wife purchased a property in2008 from 2 power agents. 3 pieces of land together each measuring 800 sft In sale deed there is typographical error. Instead of 800 sq ft each it is type as 1800 sqft, but the schedule is rightly written as 2400 sqft with north south east west boundries. My question is one power agent is not cooperating to come foward and sign for rectification deed. What If I don't find the power agents in future sell the property? Thank you

you may go for correction of the deed by apply to registrar.
