Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sir,
our coop hsg society is a private property in mumbai suburbs. we r going for redevelopment. there are 2 chawls and 9 self contained flat type bldgs. As the offer carpet distribution will be based on existing carpet, for flats it is ok but what about ownership chawls in our society? will the carpet area of common toilet blocks and passageways to reach the common toilet block be evenly distributed to the members residing in chawl to work out the existing carpet? as without toilet and bathroom, the definition of house in city is incomplete. Please advise us .
Thanks and Regards,
