Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sir,

The contents of the POA will be as follows:

1. That my said Power of Attorney Holder is authorised to sign and present Sale-Deed, Agreement to Sale or Confirmation Deed or Cancellation Deed or Cancellation of any previously done

Registered/Un-Registered Sale/Buy Agreements or any Deed or Document for Registration before Sub-Registrar or any other Competent Authority, to enter into Agreement for Sale, Grant the Receipts, to sign documents, Agreements, Applications of all sorts, forms, transfer applications and other required statements and papers, to do each and everything in connection with the Registration of the above said Sale-Deed or any other Deed or Agreement on behalf of me.

2. That my said power of Attorney holder is authorised to file application to get

new electric power supply connections to my properties in India from Tamil Nadur Electricity Board regarding their electric service, to ask for / obtain the receipt of the same, to apply for additional quota of electricity / higher electricity power, to give application, affidavit, bond, declaration etc. in the same concern, to deposit the amount of estimate in the same concern, to receive the amount of refund in the same concern, to receive and give receipt of the same concern, to apply for change / alter the electric meter, to give written objection to the same authority and to do each and everything in connection with the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board on behalf of me.
