Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hello Sir,

There was 250 sqr feet land with my grandmother's name(fathers mother) & she had two sons.My father is the first son.

my grand mother died without distribute the land to her sons. no written document executed by her before her death.

after my grandmother died, my father wrote a document like "He is with-drawing his right on that property and handedover

that land to my uncle(second son of my grnadmother) with the registration. My uncle concstructed a house. After that My father died.

As a granson ...can I have a right on that property even my fahter writtenly handed over the land to my uncle...?

Please suggest me what are grounds available in favour of me to get the share from the property since it is the ancestor property.
