Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sir,
This is Hindu family.My Wife's father sold his self aquired property couple of months back . He has 2 children ,male and female. Does his daughter have any legal rights to have a share of her father's property along with her brother.

In case of a self acquired property, neither sons nor married / unmarried daughters have any right in that property during the life time of father.
