Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hi Sir,
This is Rajesh, I've cashewnut plantation plot at Udupi, Karnataka, purchased in 1992 under gram panchayat documentation for our property. Now, when we are trying to sell this property, law processors are telling us that need a blue print of the property(need to have survey again of property and prepare a computerised document). Sir my question is that is it necessary to apply for survey again, we have many buyers for property, so going for blue print documents will take months that will delay our deals! Sir, Kindly suggest me any alternative or is it mandatory to follow this process!
Thanks!!

Applying for survey again would depend on your terms agreed with proposed purchaser.
In case proposed purchaser is unwilling to purchase your property without a fresh survey, you have to either comply or drop the deal.
