Sir,
We had purchased a land with ST/SC people 27 years back. Know they had come the settlement because 2 of there brothers did not sign. Already we have given a compliant in the police station they are not ready to come the police station. Please advice us. thanks

You have to file a civil suit for permanent injunction.
