sir,
which is best for making a WILL.
1) notary
or
2) registration
can i make property as gift from my papa rather then mention it in WILL , in case of his mind will change in future...what is the pros and cons of having a property as gift.
help me.

Will becomes operative after the death of the testator which means the testator can change or make his will without any limit on it and on the other hand Gift deed can help the Donor to gift his property to Donee in his life time which can be irrevocable as well.

Registered Will is always better, though registration is not compulsory.
