Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My sister is buying a resale flat in a 10 flats apartment and still under the builder.The builder is charging 2% of property value to provide a NOC. is this legal?

in case the charges are not legal as per bye laws or society or the agreement, same are not payable.
