Dear Sir / Madam,
(Khadki, Pune, Maharashtra)
If your mother has not made a Will or any other document stating that the property should be transferred to your name after her demise; then as per the Hindu Succession Act, your sister has an equal right to claim her share in the property even after her marriage.

If your mother dies without making any Will, your sister is entitled to a share from your mothers' property.
