Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My sister husband died a month ago.She has an 8 eight year only girl child(Autistic). Now she is in depression(mental condition) that she will not able to care of child.Her in laws(both retd. govt. employees) refuses to take care of child even refuses to give an property(nor money) to her. We are so poor that not able to bear the expenses of her treatment.My brother in law didn't had any valuable asset on his name(nor property not bank balance).So, now whether my sister can claim any property from her in laws property(approx 4 crore).Please help us as we are in deep vain.

i dont think you can claim anything from your inlaw but if your sisters husband had any property in his name ,then your sister can claim the same.
