Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My sister husband is not having any place to work and live because he worked with his brother for 30 years now his wife sold the shop as well as whole house.where my sister was living. She gave that house to broker and got 6 shops and 6 houses. One of house just of two room my sister got. But now elder brother wife send court notice to vacant this apartment too. They bought this property when both brother were working together. Since elder brother brought younger brother from village so he bought all property on his name while they both were working. Whole life my sister got only money just to survive poorly and his brother wife who is Hindu lady(Prem lata) married to Muslim man. She forced him to divorce your wife than she married herself and now creating problem ever since she is my brother in law.What shell I do she has send me a court paper to vacant the apartment.
