Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My sister, has made me as nominee to a housing board membership (the housing board is yet to allot the site). I have made the payments towards the site. Now, that my sister has died, what are the procedures. Also, my sister has 2 daughters who have no objection to change the said membership to my name. Please advise .
