Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

we are two sisters and one brother.....im the youngest of three. my father's marriage with my mother was a second one.....from his first marriage, he had one daughter and one son. it means that my elder bro and sis are my step bro and sis and im the only biological daughter of my mother. my father died 20 yrs ago. his paternal property was divided among his bro and sis ( my aunts and sis) and his share was given to my mother, where she is staying now. my question is that....do i have a share in my father's property? my bro is in US....and he intend to keep this property in his name......what do i do.....the property is still not in my mother's name......

you have an equal share in the property and for that, you may file a suit for partition and injunction.
