Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
If we three sisters have signed & the property is registered in my brother's name, can my mother the original owner make a new will to give all children an equal share in the property or even after the new will the property will be changed orstill be in my brother's name?

You mother has no right now in the property, once the property is registered in the name of your brother and subsequently you too have no share in the property.
