Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

some of society area encroached by slum in 1985. slum is redeveloped society area vacated by slum dwellers but occupied by builder of slum developer. land occupied around 1000 sq ft builder refuse to vacate the land .says go to court. What legal action we can take to repossess the land area.city survey and other dept are non co-operative.

You can go to Court. There is no right of adverse possession against Society.
