If the society has 2 and 3 bedroom flats and external renovation is done should the expense be born equally or is it more for the 3 bedroom flat owners?

Dear Sir / Madam,

The repair and maintenance cost is charged to each member on the carpet area of the flat occupied. It will surely be more for the 3 bedroom flat owners whose carpet area is larger.

It is normally charged on the carpet area of each flat, and therefore large flat owners have to pay more.
