Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My society has constructed a large speed breaker just outside the society gate to control speed of cars coming in. Problem is that the gate is so big that a lot of cars scrape their underbodies when they enter the society. Is such a construction of speed breaker outside society main gate (2 ft outside) legal ? If not, under what section is it illegal ?
