Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
From a society, we have filed a suit against the builder for getting the conveyance deed, but the builder on some count or the other puts an objection and postpones the hearing. THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR THE LAST YEAR OR SO. Can some good samaritan lawyer see the petition filed by us in the Bandra consumer court Mumbai and help draft a suitable rejoinder for the recent reply given by the builder. We are situated in Andheri (west) at seven Bungalows and would require help from some nearby place. We will feel highly obliged and also pay suitably for the services.
