Society Flat Transfer

I am society member and wish to sale my flat. Socity is aking the 5000 Rs for Socity transfer from both the party, i.e total 10000 rs. But in society there is no any by Laws. What is exact Law for this?

The Society may make a demand in terms of the Rules/Bye-laws or decisions taken by the Managing Committee or resolutins passed in the A.G.M.

You may ask the Society to provide you a copy of the order/Resolution.

You need to check the bye-laws of the Society and local law governing the societies.

Hello.

Good Afternoon.

You call a society then it must be a registered society.

In case if no association is formed till date then you must suggest the society do the same and apart from usual practice its recorded in account book.
