Our Society was formed 30 years back and there is no parking allotted through documentation to anyone...The Parking is ocuupied based on first in get parking basis...Now I want to interchange a parking with my neigbour as I have got a big car and he has a small one...
There are other members also who are putting pressure on my neighbour to interchange their parking...
My neighbour wants to give it to me only though, is there any effidevit or other documentation which I need to complete before I interchange the parking

Consider change of parking through a society meeting and resolution.

Affidavit may not be sufficient to exchange a parking.
