Can a society member can use his stilt parking garage to store his junk in addition to parking a car

Dear Sir / Madam,

A member cannot do anything which is detrimental to the common interest of all the other members in the Society. Storing junk in the parking area is against Society rules and should be disallowed. The Society premises should be kept neat and clean at all times.

Please write a letter to the Hon. Secretary voicing your objection and immediate action to clear all the debris from the Society premises at the earliest.
