Society Transfer

Is there a way to transfer society share certificate to buyer's name as society is creating problems for sale of flat owned by me? We can do stamp duty and registration without society's NOC but not sure if 'society transfer' would happen smoothly. If society doesn't cooperate then what is the way to complete transfer formality. There are no outstanding dues on my name in my society but there is some vested interest amongst the comittee members.

You may make a representation to the office of Registrar of Cooperative Socioties of your area/State against decision / indecision of the society.
