I sold my flat at a sale consideration of Rs. 1,50,00,000/- . The buyer has paid 1.5 lakh as cash & Rs.2 lakh, 4.5 lakh & 8 lakh as cheque to me as bayana in an agreement.
Now cheque of 4.5 lakh is bounced, what can i do?

Get bounced note from your bank, send notice and follow the procedure of NI Act

you may send a notice to the buyer but before that, contact him and ask for the payment. in case he is reluctant to do that, you may adopt the court procedure.
