Dear Sir / Madam,
Having already sold the land and received full consideration thereon, the buyer acquires the rights to get his name updated in the Tahsildar's 7/12 utara or land record. It is fraudulent to add the name of your sister in the 7/12 record on the pretext that she had a right on the property, when you have already sold the land. You can financially compensate your sister in another manner in consideration of her share in the family property.

May be.
All depends on rights of your sister.
Your question is not disclosing full information - how your sister is claiming right in your property? Did it belong to your father?
Unless all details are given - it is not possible to answer.
