i had sold my property . one of my tenent is not vacating the property and claming Rs: 1 lakh that he had given as security deposit.

but he had not given any deposit amount to us. but he his staying for past 25 years.

but he his paying the monlthly rent to present owner.

The eviction through court may take very long. You may consider seeking his eviction on payment of the demanded amount and settle the matter amicably.
