solid waste collection yard

i have a plot ,and back side there are 147 flats. in no way we are connected,excepet the compound 2 sides belonegs to flat promoters. now they have constructed solid waste collection yard near to my plot where they do not have any right. the second master plan cmda tell grouping house more than 100 has to have solid waste management infrastructure INSIDE the premises of group houses. it a G.O violation G.O. 190.O. Ms. No. 190 H&UD dated 2.9.2008.

Notification was made in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazettee Extraordinary No.266, Part II-Section 2 dated September 2, 2008.

IT HAS BECOME LAW. HE GOT CMDA COMPLETION CERTICATE ON NOVEMBER 2008 ? AND CONSTRUCTED IN JAN 2009.

THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM LOCAL BODIES.. CAN DEMOLISH MYSELF WITH OUT GOING COURT.

OR SHALL I GO FOR COURT ?

You may not take law into your own hands.

You may approach the concerned authorities, write to them regularly and keep making representations for at least about two months; and if they do not do the needful in two months, you may approach the court. if you cannot afford litigation expense, you may approach the State Legal Services Authority for help.
