we are three, one son and two daughters. our father and mother died. we own a house and the deed is in our grand fathers name. house tax paid by our father. 1. who will be the owner of the house ?
2.if the son refuses for partation what to do ?

File a partition suit before the court as all you three siblings are the legal heirs of your grand fathers property.

All 3 will be owner. Depending on nature of personal law governing you, all may or may not have equal shares.
For partition, one may enter into a partition deed or approach court.
