Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I am the only son of my Father,who remarried after my Mothers death.Thereafter he gave his house & land to his second wifes son.(my half brother).Now he has also given the ancestral property to his second son,for some loan security,WITHOUT my knowledge or permission,whatever.Kindly give me legal advice as to proceed legally.I havent receievd anything(money or property),so far.Pls help me.Thank you.

file a suit for partition in your ancestral property ,though your brothers also have share for that
u can not challenge the self acquired property of your father
but can restrain them through injunction to not divest your share in the ancestral property
1st of all give a legal notice to the concern bank, stating the facts and to stop granting loan to him. then ask for your share in said property. for more details contact on my cell no..
