can a son who's staying with his mother after divorce has legal rights in the property of his father's father,which is going to be divided/shared.

Dear Sir / Madam,

A son inherits the property of his father irrespective whether he is staying with his parent mother or guardian. In the absence of the grandfather's Will, the property will be equally shared amongst the surviving heirs.
