What is SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY. Special Power of Attorney (SPOA)ke baare me bataye ki:

1. Kya SPOA par maalikaan haque hota hai?

2. Kya me us SPOA ko challenge kar sakta hu?

3. Kya me us property me apna share le sakta hu.

4. Maine suna hai ki SPOA par maalikana haque nahi hota aur POA kewal property maintain karne ke liye hoti hai?

5. Kya me us SPOA ko cancel karwa sakta hu ?

SPOA is made" For the Specific Purpose to deligating the particular event in respect to property, Act etc.," and it can be challegeable through court of law if it is not genune or fabricateed etc.,
