What is SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY (SPOA). Yadi me apne father ki property ki apne naam SPOA karwa leta hu to unki death ke baad kya mere 4 brothers us property par apna share claim kar sakte hai ? Iske alaava ye bhi bataye ki: :
1. Kya SPOA par maalikaan haque hota hai?
2. Kya mera koi brother us SPOA ko challenge kar sakta hai?
3. Kya mere brother us property me apna share le sakta hu.
4. Maine suna hai ki SPOA par bhi maalikana haque nahi hota aur SPOA bhi kewal property maintain karne ke liye hoti hai?
5. Kya mera koi brother us SPOA ko cancel karwa sakta hu ?
Please guide me.

SPA se malikana haq nahi milega. uske liye father se sale deed ya gift deed karwani padegi.
