Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Which specific clause (detailed text please) of a law or bye-laws stipulates that DDA Flat can be registered/conveyance deed is to be registered in the name of husband & wife both even if only husband has applied for the flat. Are there any exceptions available in vide any other clause of that law or bye laws?
