Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

under the specific relief act can an injunction be granted against true owner of immovable property by a) a trespasser or b) a person who is in possession of property with the knowledge or consent of the owner. i do not want to know about tenants and landlords relationship.

a stay cannot be granted in favour of a trespasser but a person in lawful possession can obtain a stay that he be not evicted without following the due process of law. how the person was put in possession, is a question of fact.
