Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I spent some construction expenses in my mothers property.This property is letting out by my one younger brother without mine and my mother knowledge.He himself executed an agreement and collecting rent.My doubt is can I file a suit against my brother and tenant? or with my mother we jointly file a suit against them?

yes your mother can file a suit against your brother and if she given you a GPA /SPA to do so then in that eventuality you can file a suit against your brother.

Your mother appears to be owner of property. Therefore, she should file necessary suit.

Mere spending on construction does not give ownership rights.
