Stamp duty Amenesty scheme 2008
Dear Sir/Madam

i would like to have the following querry related to stamp duty amenesty scheme 2008, pls advice

1) TO whom this Schemen Applicable?

2) pls clarify to whom & where the
stamp duty paid & how the valuation of property done for property purchase in 1971?

3) pls give the full details of amenest scheme 2008 ?

4)pls give the last date of payment of stamp duty

pls advice & guide to me since i do not have knowledge of this scheme

Complete details of Amnesty Scheme are available on following Link:

If formalities of conveyance are already complete, then it may not be necessary to pay stamp duty on 1971 Agreement.
