stamp duty amnesty scheme 2008

i met an advocate he said that to benefit under stamp duty amnesty scheme 2008 u should have the proof of payment i.e., bank pass book or certificate showing payment to builder for purchase of falt. we dont have the same. so can we be benefitted under this scheme. please help

There are other proofs like balance sheet etc. are also admissible.

Best option would be to go the meet the Supt of Stamps or PRO in his office. You need to hurry since scheme is about to end.
