what is the stamp duty payable on Leave and lIcense agreement in Maharashtra if the agreement is for 9 years

If the leave and license agreement is for a period exceeding 5 years, then stamp duty payable is as per the Lease under Article 36 of the Bombay Stamp Act, 1958.
