stamp duty payment

we have purchased a flat in 1995 . we have not paid the stamp duty till now. we only have the original agreement & stamp receipt for payment for purchase of property with us. can we be benifitted under the amnesty scheme as the society has been formed afterwards

You can pay the stamp duty on the agreement under the amnesty scheme.

However, an agreement with possession in respect of an immovable property required to be registered.
