Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
we stay in an ancestral undivided home in West Bengal, India. There is one space which has not been utilized for the last 20 years. Can I construct a room on that unused property even though it has never been officially allocated to me. Please advise. Thank you

As you are undivided owner, you may consider. However, if others object, you may not proceed further.
