Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
i stay in an apartment which is on my father's name. now my fathr has pased awaay so wat is the procedure to get the ownership of my house?? where shall i apply?

If you father has left a will, get it probated, if not get a succession certificate /testamentary certificate for deceased dying intestate. If there is society, file forms as per the MCS Act 1960 for transfer of Share Certificate.
