how got stay order on grand mother property

My grand mothers expired on 21 july 2012, she has a property of 25 yard plot amount 20 lakh my father are four brothers my father expired in 2003. but my uncles not want to gave share of my fathers property to us. SO, but is the solution of this problem. I want my fathers share on this property.

You have full right over the share...

you can file partition suit and claim ur share in the grandmothers property
